How does pricing work?
Each tier is a flat monthly fee for your company, with a set number of users included — 5 on Micro, 15 on Small, 50 on Medium. Move to a higher tier as your team grows; you never pay per seat.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Every plan starts on a 7-day trial before your first invoice. There is no permanent free tier, so pick the plan closest to your team size before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your billing settings. Your data, history and configuration carry over untouched — only your user limit and support level change.
Do I pay extra for modules I do not use?
No. Every plan includes all 18 modules at no extra charge. You can still switch individual modules off per company in Settings if your team does not use them — that is about decluttering the interface, not billing.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a lower effective rate than paying monthly. Talk to sales for current annual pricing.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
Everything in Medium, plus a custom user count, a dedicated account manager and custom onboarding and training tailored to your organization. Pricing is quoted per company.
